Under UK consumer law you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, and return it within 14 days of cancelling, for a refund of the item and the standard delivery cost.

For hygiene reasons, sealed feeding products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns once unsealed. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. Contact us before returning an item.

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you're entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — contact us within 30 days and we'll put it right.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

We only collect the information we need to fulfil your order — your name, contact details, and delivery address. We never sell your data.

Your payment details are processed securely through Wix's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card information.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Transactional emails about your order will still be sent.

To access, correct, or delete your data, just contact us and we'll handle it promptly.

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
